Made a video about going to a small local coin show. Tell me what you think :) some of the dealers were hesitant on filming as they're worried about becoming a target for thieves. Some dealers were very willing to allow me to film in a way that I don't believe gives out any personal information.

Pasco County! Live PD territory
Excellent job on conversation with the dealers. They seemed very pleasant to me. I usually buy from the friendly ones.
I've been around some tables that don't have much to say and frankly, some dealers I've encountered gave me the creeps. I liked the Notgeld dealer and his stock and saw some nice Franklins.

That was the first thing I noticed, too!

Live PD featured my county (Greenville) back in 2017. It was interesting seeing the places and people I know pop up. They still feature SC down in in Cola (Richland County).

Sorry for getting sidetracked.

Great video, JoggingLiberty!

Lol thanks for looking!

All I'll say is I promise you that Live PD doesn't make up those interactions with the residents in Pasco County :) we have some really interesting individuals that live here... there's an area called "Moon Lake" and in that area you'll quickly feel like you're in the movie Deliverance if you're not careful...

Thanks for taking a moment to check it out :)

You used a term a couple times I've never run into before "constitutional silver". From context it seems to be either "junk silver" or possibly a generic term meaning US silver coins. Anyone else hear that usage before?

Pause it and look at some of the grades and prices on those Barber halves at around the 14:38 mark. Those coins are no where near accurately graded. And the prices?
This from the dealer that says the coin market is slowing down?

It's slowing down for that guy for GOOD reasons!

Nice video. By me most coin shows do not allow cameras or recording devices at all. Yes most phones today can do that and s security guard watches for that. Reason I was given is if and when a customer is writing out a check, someone could photo the address on the check. If a dealer asks for ID, someone could photo that too. Also, someone could just photo customers and later record which ones spent a lot of money. One dealer told me why even bother to photo his items since they change from show to show.

I'm allowed because I'm a decently known YouTuber in the precious metals/coin collecting community and have acquired a few connections. I'm also very careful in to not put personal information of people on screen. I'd never get a persons check, or identification on a video.
