I'd be interested in getting your thoughts on this question. I have about 10 or 12 Mercury dimes I'm thinking about letting go to fund other purchases I'd like to make. They are lower grades ... probably VG to VF. I was thinking that instead of taking the time to post each one on ebay or some similar site, I would just sell them all as a group on Craigslist. I would price them to be a good deal, but not a steal. Thoughts, suggestions ..... ?

They are all common dates?

Common date, circulated Mercury dimes are only worth melt, or about a dollar each. You'd probably get $10 for the lot regardless of where you sold it. Rather than going on to Craigslist, I would probably just take them to your local coin shop or pawn shop - less hassle than coordinating with someone through craigslist.

Forget Craigslist Too many stories . Put the whole lot on E-bay with decent pics of obverse and reverse . Make sure your price compensates for e-bay and pay pal fees and shipping charges . May or may not be worth it .
