Hi fellow banknote collectors.. Which note would you buy? PMG 30 EPQ or PMG 40 without the EPQ rating. Both notes are the same price?..

I would buy the PMG 40. I am assuming that this note looks much better than the PMG 30. The PMG 40 is an EF note.

It is not a question that can be easily asked in a vacuum. Why is there no EPQ on the 40? Is there a tear or a stain? Are there staple holes? Was it washed or pressed?

Not all TPG graded banknotes without a EPQ rating have a description why it is not an original note,,Sum do. Thank's for the feedback. EPQ-PPQ OPQ graded notes are the way to go today as they are original and not Doctored to look nice. Will bide my time and wait for a 40-EPQ or better to show up.

The 40 and 50 grade notes are the best deal going if no marks. You also get nearly the appreciation of the 50 notes down to 40.
