Beautiful coin, strong luster, a few wispy hairlines on reverse might hold it back a little. I've heard the opinion that old silver won't be this bright without some kind of cleaning but I don't see any significant problems here.
MS-63 seems fair.

I have a hard time believing that it hasn't been dipped.

reverse hairlines hold it back to ms61-62. agree it was probably lightly dipped

tough one...AU details. its hard to believe that the fields on the reverse have so many hairlines but virtually none on the obverse if the coin was MS and graded straight
