What error? I can't see anything at all with that picture. It's too blurry and pixilated.

It appears to be Gas bubble/Zinc Rot. If you lightly touch the spot with a wooden toothpick it should flatten out some.

to CCF. The mint mark is zinc rot and we can not see the ear.

The mint mark looks like split plating has done a number on it. Not a RPM.
