I find this Nickle's writing,images and numbers are very light. Could this be an error? Look at the comparison to a regular one.

Ok yes that pic is much better. Other than some light wear and tear, I don't see anything unusual though. Any chance on a close-up of the exact area that seems to be lightly struck with the coin in hand?

Always compare coins with the same date and mint mark to tell what was going on. I can't see from the images what you do have the color is preventing a view to me.

Could be Struck Through Grease, or a worn die. Hard to see the date from these images.

With the new pic,not a Struck Through Grease.When comparing coins like coop said,I would also say to compare with the same grade condition.
