1963 D/D RPM Quarter?

Hello everybody,

While looking over coins to send in. I was looking at this one and looked it up. Didn't see nothing on it. Seen a 1962 has a D/D RPM but not the 63.

What do you guys think? Is it a RPM?

That's Machine Doubling, since the mintmark is reduced in size and it is shelflike in appearance.

Note how the lower loop is thinner? That is because after the strike the dies bumped that edge of the mint mark, altering it.
1963-D/D-RPM-Quarter?
It is just a damaged coin.
