I have a 1996 quarter that has almost like an eagle print on the forehead of Washington. Looks like another coin was struck with it. Kind of weird. Anyone ever encounter this?
Pictures would be very helpful in determining what is going on with your coin. It is probably a vise job or glue, but there is a possibility it could be a Die clash. Again, pictures please!

As stated pictures are a must or else we would just be guessing. It could be any one of several things. Please make sure you take a complete photo of both sides.
