I didn't know about the 1969D DDR-001. Sort of like this coin but the slant is going in the other direction.

I feel it is a DDR. Looks like the head might be doubled. Looks like a class 9 snap into the correct location of hub, during the die making process,

So, besides the possible center bay floor slant should I mention anything else?

Should I also mention the head? And are you referring to what I perceive as a part in Lincoln's hair?
