I think that it's Die Deterioration Doubling and maybe a little MD.

Even if it was a minor doubled die, the Canadian collectors (and even US market of those who collect Canadian coins) have zero interest in something that requires more than a 6x hand lens to see.

Hi all and thank's for the reply.

Hi SPP-Ottawa

If we follow your logic, we must throw our A magnifying glass.
And also leave our forum since all the images that are posted on the forum that requires more than a 10x hand lens to see.
Our purchases are errors and varieties and also based on our A magnifying glass, x10.
And do not tell me that you buy coins without use A magnifying glass.
Explain me I do not understand anything that you want to say.?

As a collector, we collector what we like, and we love to examine our passions...

I never want to discourage you from doing this. But, my point was you might be alone in this world doing so with Canadian coins (just like I am with nickel dollars and my good friend with his twoonie die variants). What does that mean... well, what we find exciting in our own passions and research, might not be very exciting for those who don't share our same interests. In general, minor Canadian die varieties are not overly popular, except maybe for Victorian large cents - but certainly not as popular as those who examine coins in such detail as our American friends.... that was my point.

That said, keep searching and documenting what you find, because maybe in the future, more people might find interest in the small details of Canadian coins...
