Maybe a well placed scratch from Post Strike Damage ( PSD)?

Is it indented like a scratch or is it a bump?

Btw. What would the opposite of incuse be?
I tried looking it up.

I don't think it's a scratch, it's raised. Maybe a cotton fiber from die cleaning?

Not a scratch because it is raised above the surrounding field or proud (the opposite of incuse). Perhaps a tiny die crack?
