I see notching on LIBERTY top left of the devices, so my vote is yes.

I'm thinking this one is not a doubled die, but a trails die. On Wexler's listing on the 1982 1¢ WDDO-005, Loos similar, but none of the hub doubling is present on the lower parts of the LIBERTY. Looking again at it, the thought of trail dies made more sense. I tried looking at their site, but nothing is working. The tops of LIBERTY look more like trails to me.

I don't see any extra thickness or separation and the "notching" is caused by the lighting (see pic 5, it's not there). Not a DDO.
