Not to sure whats going on with the reverse. Hoping someone can give me some knowledge. Wondering if this could be a Cud error or something else. Thought maybe it was melted but just didn't quite seen like that was the issue. Also wondering if this is doubling of some sort on the coin?
Hub or just Die Deterioration?

There is glue on the coin. It may have been glued to a piece of paper. Not an error. Post strike event for the coin.

Thank you Errers and Varietys ! I have already been to a couple of your links you have listed on your page and found them to be the best pages yet. Very educational and I will be checking these out also. Thank you very much for your help. I'm finding that I really enjoy looking all these Lincoln cents up more and more, and the errors are interesting and a lot of work but fun. =)
