Hi...new to collecting UK coins and am trying to get a handle on grading. It seems there is a large difference between Euro/UK and US grading standards. What would you grade the following:

Using US standards, I'd have to say F-15/VF-20ish?

Uk standards, a low VG. '37 is the rare date for those by the way...
