First of all to the forum.
Larger pic's are needed but from what I can see this looks VF at least.
Some people swear by "Verdicare" , I have no idea how it works as I am reluctant to use anything to clean coins.
The values for these are
1875H F 35 VF 110 EF 800 UNC 2500
This is pounds stirling.

Looks to be plenty of detail remainnig. I would suggest an acetone bath first up.

Perhaps VerdiCare may even out some of that blotchieness, nice coin otherwise.

Try 30 seconds. If nothing comes off it probably isn't going to work.

Wouldn't a light brushing with an old soft toothbrush and washing up liquid be better ?

It would be a pity to lose the lovely reverse patina.
