The 88 looks like DDD and the 85, it was a common problem that year.

Not sure where you see DD on the 88 and as John1 stated,
the flat rims are a common problem in 85.

Yes. A full strike is rare.

@ Mmansell45 here's a link that these guys past when I joined and although I'm nowhere as advanced as most in the Coin World, I enjoy learning something new everyday and that's why I enjoy this forum with this group. Don't get discouraged whenever you feel certain you have found a true error coin only to have these guys bust the bubble with bad news. And although at times the responses or answers are short and seemed like no help was given, I can assure you that the group of experts are always helping. They don't mind sharing some easy tips to follow but there will be times they want to see you or whoever the person may be including myself, actually make more effort in looking up and research for the answers we desire but it's never a question not answered here!
