I concur with Albert. I'd add that the weight needs to be taken to at least a tenth of a gram. I'd also remark that because so many Chinese coins are heavily faked, most collectors operate under the presumption than any such are spurious unless and until proven otherwise.
Are these scans or photos? I ask because the surfaces look (at least in these images) suspect.
That all said, welcome. We always like looking at coins here, real or phony, and I imagine that in a crossroads like Egypt there's a great variety and quantity of coins (both ancient and modern) to be found.
I agree and know the correct data but have not yet seen the OP reply with the coin measures. It does look wrong, but the image is not so great. It is common for OP reported results to vary greatly from what is genuine, but we do not have that information.
