"no" is the short answer.
At MS67, it would be a very much rarer coin due to condition, and would be about as near to pristine without getting there, as you can get.

This has too many minor surface blemishes to get to a 67 level of perfection. Besides, there is a small danger that it may come back at less than 66. That cheek ding worries me.

the chance of this coming back as a 67 is very slim. the chance it comes back as a 65 or 65+ is much higher. take your 66

Looks like a 65+ or 66 from the obverse. Reverse pics will help., although I highly doubt this one will grade 66+ or 67, IMO.

Solid 66, leave it in the holder.

If you want to take the chance at an upgrade without a possible downgrade, set a minimum acceptable grade of MS66 on the submission. It will stay in the holder unless upgraded.
Rest in Peace

Any coin still in an OGH is generally considered NOT to be upgradeable.
If it hasn't happened by now, previous owners thought not.

Honestly no. I see little chance of an upgrade. Not trying to be critical but it looks like a low end 66 in the images.

"YEAH'' Go for it matie. If it comes back as 67 your a winner. If 66 your still a winner. If it comes back 65 resubmit at a later date...Those who risk nothing become nothing....

I might, I misread my vouchers expire date, I still have 30 days to use the last one. I read the service for reconsider, if it won't upgrade, I get it back for shipping and handling. If I don't fall into anything else I can use it on.

It really does look better then the pictures.

Besides, right now I'm in school, not investing lol

price jumps to 6x at 67. more if you got it cheap. why not take a shot? risk-return looks good.
