Picked this up for $7.51 all in. Thoughts on grade and problems? Thanks!

Solid MS-65, not FB. What's going on at the top of her head?

Beautiful example.

Question if I may... What makes one of these FB? (Full Bands, correct?)
The close up image looks very good. What is missing for it to not have the FB designation?

TPG's generally only look at the middle band. the band must be completely separated without any touching across the entire band. I have noted in yellow where the bands are impinged

some collectors like myself want all three bands separated. the description is Full Split Bands not Full Split Band. I want all of them separated.

A gentleman never kisses and tells but it shouldn't be too difficult to figure out where this one came from. It rhymes with ebay.
