So here are my most suspicious looking 1995 pennies. I'm pretty new to all this so I was hoping I could get you guys to see if you spot the same things I have. Close ups included. I'm only doing one at a time because using the optimizer on all these is taking a while. So here is the first.

If you are asking about the lump on the forehead it looks like a gas bubble, the start of zinc rot.

It also looked like doubling around the eye as well. Or is that just wishvision on my part?

Nothing suspicious about this coin at all. Just a normal coin worth 1 cent.

Well, let's see if my wish wishvision is messing with me on this one. Could be damage I suppose. But there seems to be doubling in the mouth and ear area and possibly in the date.

@cbw, it sounds like you have multiple coins to post and get opinions on. This is awesome, but best practice is to create a new thread for each one. Preparing things in these bite size portions helps more folks follow what you are doing. It isn't a big deal, but hopefully you can do this moving forward.

With regard to this coin, sorry but I don't see any doubling. I note that the I and B of LIBERTY have taken a hit which has scratched off the protective copper plating. The exposed zinc core is now on a fast track to disintegrating so this one would be a spender for me.
