Can anyone tell me what is going on here? I have tried to get the best possible photos. Thanks for any help.

I have a somewhat large collection of Mercs, but I am not really familiar with varieties, or if this even is one.

I pulled this coin from a $50 face value bag purchased from APMEX.

Not sure but appears to be a doubling of the Mint Mark. Nothing unusual.
