Hey All,
Found this 1940 Wheat penny, and the 0 looks like an upside down D. I looked at all of my other 1940's and nothing even close. Don't know how well the picture does it justice. So let me know if you need more pics. Thank you all in advance!

Metal may have been moved by a hit or possibly the damage was caused by a vending machine.

Looks like it may be Vending Machine damage the way
it is parallel to the rim. Anyhow PMD.

Agreed, damage. Is a 1940 Wheat cent really considered "classic" though? I would think this would be in the modern errors forum page.

9 appears to be very thick, compared to my 1940 penny. Hold on to it.
