Not sure if what's on reverse of coin just been transformed by PMD?

If it presses down with a toothpick, it is zinc rot. The plating split and the zinc is getting oxygen and now breaking down by raising.

Not a Cud,check glossary about Cud. Looks like zinc rot starting. It is a plating issue for sure.
