Found this quarter in my Pocket the other day I looked into it and found different results Some say that the impressionon the coin is not stamped correctly it will start to change and do different things like it mutates or something. Others say it is just a beat-up coin then I found one that is pretty much identical selling as a DDO. I believe that this is a mint error due to the split on the rim means it was hitting at a high pressure meaning it could smash the lettering to look like this. But again I am still learning what are your thoughts on the 1985 P Quarter
