Hard to imagine they are selling these for this price + 10% buyer's fee + shipping. I've tried to sell them for a lot less with limited success.

They're not targeting coin collectors. They're targeting mommy and daddy who wants to buy their kids some coins.

Original U.S. Mint price was $38... looks like you can get them for around $25 on ebay if you shop around.
