Nice toning on that silver (although you may find that not everyone here is a huge fan of that). In any case, I see that the holder has a couple cracks on it. I'm thinking that air is getting to the surface of the coin and causing this toning. If so, you might consider removing the coin from the case and putting in an air-tite or some other coin holder. Just a thought...
