Pictures are not showing up. You can add them vary easy by going back in using the edit tab on your post. Then you will see a green photo tab to add them.

The 1989 Cents have the wider devices on the reverse. On a nicely struck coin these seem wider than the other years, but that is just how they were designed that year. I found one like that and thought the same. But nothing is doubled, it is just wider on the lettering than previous years. The 2001-2004 Cents on the obverse are also that way. It just depends on the ways the master die was made those years that make them look different.
