I thought so too John1. I viewed it at all angles and they are raised. Scratches and dings look alot different through a microscope easy to distinguish.

For sure it is easier to diagnose with the coin in hand. Based on my experience, those would be somewhat unusual locations for die cracks though.

Look like dings to me. Don't forget when something hits the coin hard enough,
the metal gets displaced and causes a ridge which may appear to be a die crack.

And a ding also causes displacement or indents which is not present.

Consider this: The EPU on the shield cents are incuse. (sunk below the fields) Coin contact on the field level is not as deep as the devices. With an image it looks like it is a die scratch, but it is not, it is coin damage. Try rotating the coin under you scope 90 degrees, then you will see it is a surface contact mark. When the contact mark is deep, then you can see that is is just a contact mark:
