I came across a few 2019 regular loonies in circulation and I noticed that there are radial marks on both the face and the back close to the rim.

I have tried to capture them in this photo.

I seem to have read somewhere about this and there is a name for it. I would appreciate if someone can provide some insight.

Photographically, you have captured it well enough:-
metal flow.

Can often be found on ancient coins, much less common on modern coins.

There could be a technical problem with the die design.
If there is, it may well be a common error, until that problem is fixed. There seems to be some 'ghosting' that can be seen in the pictures; maybe this is part of the cause of the problem.
More die design trials should have been done before this type was issued.

I would appreciate if other 'errors' are reported, here in the CCF.

This design and composition has been in use since 2012, unlikely that it's a "teething" issue.
They are flow lines of some sort, but what is the cause.
Hopefully an expert will be along shortly.

Is it starburst error from Die Deterioration on reverse and die trails on obverse?

The cause is what sel said: metal flow. The outward radial flow of metal during striking wears the die. The die that struck that coin was used enough to show definite signs of wear, or deterioration. It is Die Deterioration.

die trails on obverse?

Die trails always run in a singular path on a coin face. These lines radiate from a center point, so not die trails.
