Goatgoatboy New Member United States 6 Posts	Posted 04/21/2019 07:29 am How do I get info on this? I have a 1983 D over S mint. I don't believe it's been recognized. It has been found. Everything I read says it's damage or whatever. It's not. They need to recognize this! Report this Post to the Staff

coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 04/22/2019 1:40 pm Most often when these are reported, the area in question is not raised above the fields. What does that mean? In order for this to be a D over S, it would have to be raised like the mint mark. It if it not raised, then it is just a stain or damage to the coin making you think it is a 'D over S'.
