KurtS Pillar of the Community United States 5318 Posts	Posted 08/22/2008 9:12 pm Vermontensium- I looked at your PCGS-graded EF40, and I see what you mean. The obverse on this coin has significantly more detail--the eagle is definitely AU detail. Perhaps the reverse on this one is more strike than actual wear? Overall, there are a few more hits than your coin, but if you think PCGS would grade it as AU50, I'll go with that. Report this Post to the Staff

I have seen similar "streaks" in the metal composition of these 57 and 58 FE cents. This is normal for those years. I have found what COULD be another Snow-16. Because it's in the UK & shipping is $12 I'm not interested myself. I don't know how to post a link, but it's auction #260277606416 & ends in about 15 hours. If you have any interest in this coin please verify the attribution for yourself; I can see what appears to be the die chip, but can't see any of the other markers in the picture provided by the seller.
