Die clashes happen more often on the central areas of the dies because the outlines of devices are stronger there. But in cases of extremely strong clashes, lets say two in a row, it can affect more of the die on both sides. This is not a clash mark. If it were a clash mark, why is the central area of the coin not showing this. This is actually a glancing contact mark on the coin. The affected areas would be more in like this:
