1958 D Lincoln Cent Die Clash ?

Die clashes happen more often on the central areas of the dies because the outlines of devices are stronger there. But in cases of extremely strong clashes, lets say two in a row, it can affect more of the die on both sides. This is not a clash mark. If it were a clash mark, why is the central area of the coin not showing this. This is actually a glancing contact mark on the coin. The affected areas would be more in like this:

Not a Die Clash. That would be called a Die Chip. There must be a Die Chip progression going on. Also, these are NOT contact marks.

Actually, it looks More like it's peeling up to me, so I'm leaning towards a lamination or a struck through.

I would think identical lamination's on several coins would be very hard to get.
