A lot happening here but not sure what. Lots of miscellaneous strike marks and images near date and looks like numbers on date may have others under or beside. And "in" god we trust looks like "on" god we trust. Closeup shows many layers

Junk coin. It's showing heavy Environmental Damage from Post Strike Damage ( PSD). A very spendable coin.
