The 'r' in trust looks weird and its really spaced out compared to other Lincoln cents kind of looks doubled on the date or is it smeared? Any feedback would be appreciated thanks all

This is a very common issue. I think the Master Hub or something was worn out, since they used it for years.

Looks like a worn die issue..
In the future to save time, one complete photo of both sides and a closeup of the area of concern would be sufficient.

To understand this subject a bit more. The master hub that was used for many years, needed a replacement. The hub was swelling outwards and now the devices are on the outside of the die. When the rim is forming the devices and the rim are bumping into each other. The new die in 1969 cleared up this issue. Here is what they look like side by side.
