I would have to say over polished die! I can see a slight reminisce of it. But barley. Also looks like a floating roof.

Whenever you see a floating roof, the initials are usually also missing
due to over polishing of the die.

At one time the graders were slabbing these. But they soon realized if was fairly common to find on several different dies. They still show them on their site, but no longer attributing them that way. Some slabbed and made big money on the one time, and found more to have graded, but they were no longer grading them anymore.
