I have had this coin for many years but I am finally going to put it on the market. I want some opinions if the experts think this is a delam; struck through debris; or PMD. The area is indented. Along the rim it appears to be a lam and is not consistent with being hit with something.

Great cent! It looks like a delam IMO.

That's amazing! That's a very decent coin and it's probably worth a lot of money. And I agree with the delam.

I'm leaning more to a struck through error. That is the only area affected. The lamination issues are more of a straight line affect. But the this will not increase the value. This will probably be a deal breaker for most. (IMOHO) Most collectors don't want a problem coin. That is what many will view it as.
