Although it's not worth much right now, I would NOT spend it. I always keep 2009 pennys. They'll be worth something in the future. Especially if you have a lot of them like in a roll.

I would keep it...keep all 2009's...the reverse scratches bring it down to a MS63RD.

I looked again

It may be a double finger.
Something there by the index finger.
I will keep it because it is pretty nice and I like the
2009 series.

lack of rinse spots on the obverse and limited coin marks maybe 64/65..but than reverse really knocks it down..overall I'd say 63+..no carbon spots/split plating or zinc rot..keep it safely stored and hold onto for the yearsssss to come..wont cost you much...nice find.
