I don't grade backs on quarters since the states quarters.

IMHO MS64 because of the gashes on his neck and I'm sure there's more marks. If the neck was clean of those hits I'd say MS65 and still I'd expect minor marks visible to the eye. Above 65 would be magnification marks and strike ect.

I didn't spend much time on it though. Only one picture from 1 angle used. Could be a MS 63. I don't think I'm being too critical, just realistic if you were to send it for grading.

Any reeding marks/hits? those and rim dings matter...right?

The neck kills this one. MS-64 tops.
