Asking opinion's on this for a grade and what should be a starting price. I am thinking about sending it in for grading then up for sale.

Very nice RPM Daves Errors! As far as grading goes, I am thinking MS-64 (not an expert, so don't take my word for it).

It does look like a RPM,but not worth the grading costs.

Nice example, perhaps 65, not sure about the value in this condition, which in turn would answer the question about having it graded.

RPDs ended in early 20th century. Not a RPM either. Slight MD on the 4. Die wear on the date and mintmark areas. The 1943 dies took a beating. Steel dies and steel planchets are not a good mix. Not worth grading. Expense would exceed value you would get back for the coin. When I buy a graded coin, I pay nothing extra for the stabbed coin. Grading is for coins worth $100 upwards. Even a graded coin I have to check to see that it's really what it is. Buy the coin, not the plastic is my motto. Note normal die wear pattern:

MS-64, if it didn't have the RPM about $8
