Appears to be Die Clashes on the side of Roosevelt's Nose near the Eye from the Branches? Die Clashes of the Leaves On Roosevelt's Neck below the Ear? Also a Clash Outline of Roosevelt's Head on the Reverse? Any Thoughts? Thanks.

@pe, have you looked at (or created) an overlay to see if the right details are lining up with these potential die clashes? To me, this is the best way to know if it is a clash or not.

Spence, yes I checked out the Overlay on the Mad Die Clashes Site and the Clash of Leaves on the Neck seems to be lining up but not so sure about the branches location. Maybe a Die issue?

You can see how they tried very hard to get rid of the whole Die Clash, but they just couldn't! Must of been a massive one by the looks of it.

The deeper devices on the die are not affected. You will see a clash on the fields, but the eye area will not be affected. The nose can be a little affected. Note images below:

Note the effect on the coin. Looking again at the condition of your die, it may have had the fields polished down a bit and another die clash happened. (On the images I showed, possibly the die state was a lot fresher and the fields may have still been full. So if the fields were reduced, may have reached down deeper onto the eye area during a clash.
