It looks like a hit on the "low" 0 that caused it to look that way. I may be wrong but I'm just seeing PMD.

Keep in mind that there are more than one die for every year coins are minted. And, not every Die is going to be perfect mirror images of each other. So with that being said the double lip you are talking about is PSD and took a well placed hit. There is nothing that references high 0 or low 0. What you have are two normal cents.

I see a difference in the placement of the 0. That being said it won't make a difference.

I looked at that one in the other post for quite some time looked normal than...still the same now...different die stages...I agree with Jim0815
