Split plating. Zinc rot will eventually set in and ruin that area. A spender IMO.

No, not an RPM. It's called Split Plate Doubling. It's spendable, since it's a worthless type of doubling. http://www.error-ref.com/split-plate-doubling/

@Quin36, you can tell that this is split plate doubling because the "doubled" letter is actually the underlying zinc.

Added: also something that I learned recently is that if you are having trouble with your pics all showing up sideways on your posts, it may be because you are holding your phone in the vertical position when you take your pics. If you hold it horizontally, that should fix this issue.
