I have this 1994 P LMC and I cant decide which mint mark this D is? Help is needed!

Well it is not a mintmark. Mintmarks were not added to the die after 1989. They were part of the design. Looks like an interior die crack on the reverse on the column.

Anyways, it's a small Retained Interior Die Break that's shaped like the Denver mintmark. Your coin is from Philadephia, since there's no P.

For sure. Just a coincidental break. Mint marks on cents only appear beneath the date.

Frog, this is number 7. The last one was 10mm. This 6 is the biggest one to leave the kidney.
