It's quite a luster bomb in hand. The holder is all scratched up and you can see that on the obverse but what you see on the reverse are die polish lines. Let me know what you think. Jon Brand Pillar of the Community United States 1023 Posts	Posted 05/01/2019 9:01 pm I'm not sure what "kingpin proof" means either. But I know that this coin has cartwheel luster despite some proof like qualities, so not a proof, but pretty incredibly vibrant surfaces. Some think it could get a 'red' designation.
