On the observe, a handful of hair on head top. On the reverse, a dew drop on the left-hand side of leaf and there's an extra bar at bottom of the torch.

Those aapear to be small Cud's on the dime. Not extremely valuable but a nice find either way:)

Still In Circ, no, they're are not Cuds. They are called Die Chips and on the head, a Retained Interior Die Break. Cuds only involve the rim and some parts of the fields. A real Cud looks like this. http://goccf.com/t/331880#2839004

Die chips when there are several on one coin, is usually an issue with the tempering process. Done incorrectly the die can be too soft, normal or brittle. Brittle dies will have chips.
