I then did a search and found one exactly just like it on this site it is about 1/3 of the way down. http://cuds-on-coins.com/washington...s-1932-1999/ It is the same exact one as the 1983 P in the link above. I would try selling it for 75 dollars on ebay "Buy It Now" price and 50 dollars auction. Also, definitely struck from the same exact die pairs, as the one shown on Cuds-On-coins.com. I suppose it depends on how many coins they could strike before the mint caught the problem with that die pair.
