It does look MS but as Frog said we need clearer pics to be sure.

Looks to be around 65RD.

I've seen BadThads cent collection  (posted here on this site) and if he says it's a 65RD....it's a 65RD....

Took another pic of obverse with a camera (shot through flip due to time constraint)... maybe a little better to grade?

this has been in a flip since I posted this... I recently sent in to PCGS with a bunch of other coins to slab. ended up as MS67. no way to really tell with the original pics I uploaded. just an fyi for the group. :-)

Well, congrats on a 67 AND that's too bad. Sadly, it's only about a $20 coin in a PCGS holder.
