@quin, that mintmark looks more like it is damaged to me. As far as being struck through, could you please provide a little more detail (where and through what)? Right now, I'm not seeing struck through--just some circulation damage.

The mintmark took a well placed hit. It's Post Strike Damage ( PSD), not an error.

PMD on the mintmark. Lots of glare in the pictures it's tough to tell what is there.

It's not glare on the pictures. That is what the coin looks like.
