I have a 1990 LMC that appears to have what almost looks like a "D" in neck area and a 1983 LMC that has something similar in front of Lincoln's head on Obverse and Stairs on the Reverse. Is this a die chip or Damage ? I can obviously tell there's damage to the 83. But the areas are raised and rounded. Not indented, if that makes sense.

Both of them display zinc rot, which is Post Strike Damage ( PSD).
