Need Help With A Question On My Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC S

Novicecoins Valued Member United States 141 Posts	Posted 05/04/2019 01:11 am I have a 1990 LMC that appears to have what almost looks like a "D" in neck area and a 1983 LMC that has something similar in front of Lincoln's head on Obverse and Stairs on the Reverse. Is this a die chip or Damage ? I can obviously tell there's damage to the 83. But the areas are raised and rounded. Not indented, if that makes sense.
