Looks like the mint is Constantinople -- CON_
FLHC CSIL?M on the obverse? Possibly an empress?
Can't really make out the letters clearly on the reverse except CHE at the end. Looks that it could be an angel seated. Were any seated Tyches minted in Constantinople?

That definitely works. Thank you so much. I did not see this name on the list of Roman Emperors/Empresses on Forum Ancient Coins.
